It took most of the night for the wigwam to cool off last night. I woke to a pleasant 73 degrees. Unfortunately that didn’t last. By the end of the day in Barstow it was a balmy 108 degrees! YIKES
Today we passed Elmer’s Bottle Tree Ranch. And we start the kitchy part of the program
We also visited a Calico Ghost Town . It was once the largest silver strikes in the area, and now it is a little touristy gold mine!
We ended our night hot and tired, but ready to go out again tomorrow!
